Smart vacation rental owners know the value of filling vacancies for discounted rates. Want a condo, but all the condos are booked? The deals are targeted toward near term calendar openings (30 days or less from now) or some later windows between heavily booked months. Longer stays can earn discounts as well, depending on the season desired.
