GREAT LOCATION & decor with water/ponds view right by the sea!!!!! One of the best and largest 1 bedroom 2 bath condos here. We prefer couples but will allow 4 max in this one. Relaxing Stay in secluded Turtle Bayjpeppy Knoxville, TN, USA Review Submitted: I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was located in the heart of Turtle Bay Estates. The property backs up to the Arnold Palmer Course and just beyond the tree line is the beach. Sitting on the back lanai and hearing the waves was absolutely refreshing. The pool at the condos was beautiful and was very peaceful as well. There was never more than 3 people there at one time. I was looking for a great week to sit back and enjoy and I did very much so.The neighbor next door was so sweet and helpful I felt like I was at home. Great getaway and look forward to going back! A safe, affordable, beautiful, vacation experience awaits you in a peaceful park like world called Turtle Bay Resort. This tranquil setting on over 800 acres offers savvy guests acres of sandy beaches and cool pine tree sheltered paths. Dining and entertainment too, but definitely not Waikiki! Queen bed in the master with private bath, AC and TV, and a queen wall bed + futon in the living room with TV. 2 full baths, fully equipped large kitchen & washer/dryer in unit.
